What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping team members and schedules
• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
• Clean and maintain other interior and exterior areas of the center
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support the overall resident experience

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and families
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability
