Ideal candidates will have experience managing marketing campaigns within an advertising or marketing agency. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Detroit or Chicago office for a hybrid work schedule.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the day-to-day management and execution of all workflow in collaboration with key Agency cross-functional teamsResponsible for helping to prioritize projects and deliverablesKeeper of the cross-functional team’s schedules and owner of resourcing and workflow managementDevelop project critical paths and timelinesManage job jackets & job-level budgets, ensuring completion of programs within estimated hours and costsWork closely with Finance leads to support overall billing and budget managementMaintain and update necessary reportingQuality control and mitigate riskInternal systems expert and keeper of processResponsible for billing and workflow systems & training/implementationContribute to ongoing process refinements and ways of workingSKILL SETS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field10+ years of marketing or advertising experience, agency or project management experience preferredExperience in retail is a plusProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressureDetail orientation and ability to ensure that projects are developed in line with client’s brand style and guidelinesAbility to lead and drive alignment across teams and seniority levelsProactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibilityDependability in execution of work and as member of assigned teamEnthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challengesDesire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tacticsEffective interpersonal skills working well across functionsConscientious work ethicAdditional informationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
