Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide empathetic and professional support to guests and colleagues

• Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
