Accounting ClerkPrecision Heli-Support LLC is looking for an Accounting Clerk for our site in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:Inputting financial transactions into accounting software.Processing customer invoices.Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.Assist in monthly inventory reports.Assist in Processing payroll.Maintain organized records.Skills: Attention to detail, Proficiency with computers and some knowledge of accounting software and other applications.
