We are working with a client in Tampa that is looking to bring on a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the team. This is a part-time role, roughly 20 to 25 hours per week, and they are looking to move quickly. What you’ll be doing Processing timesheets for 50-70 employees Accounts Payable including receiving, coding, and entering invoices Journal entries and cash receipts data entry Light administrative and scanning support What they’re looking for Experience with Accounts Payable and general accounting support ERP experience required Comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and Word BST experience is a plus but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time role with a solid accounting team.
